Erin Wolf, Managing Partner
Erin Wolf is a nationally-recognized speaker, executive coach and consultant in the areas of leadership development, organizational change, and organizational strategy. She has more than 25 years of experience and has worked for elite firms such as Bain & Company, Goldman Sachs, Accenture and Salomon Brothers Inc. She is currently the Managing Partner of SuiteTrack, a firm dedicated to helping companies advance their professionals in the workplace. Her clients include companies such as AT&T, UPS, Kimberly-Clark, The Home Depot, Dow Chemical, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Arby's, AGCO, KPMG and Whirlpool as well as not-for-profits and academic institutions across the country.
Erin is also the Executive Director of The Coles College of Business Women's Leadership Center at Kennesaw State University. There, she develops and implements initiatives and connections that help women students and professionals reach their fullest leadership potential.
Before founding SuiteTrack, Erin was Managing Director at Alvarez and Marsal where she drove business development and content delivery in the Southeast region. Prior to that, Erin was Vice President of Strategy and Executive Team member for Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and Chief Strategy Officer for ChoicePoint, a $1 billion data services company.
Erin was also an Associate Partner at Accenture where she advised clients on a variety of strategic and organizational business issues. Prior to Accenture, Erin was with Bain & Company, one of the world's leading strategic consulting firms. Her investment banking experience includes roles with Salomon Brothers Inc where she led fixed income derivatives hedging for the Southeast and, subsequently, Goldman Sachs where she built their derivatives presence on the West coast.
Erin currently sits on the Women's Leadership Board of Harvard University's Kennedy School. A former nationally ranked tennis player and scholarship athlete, she received her BA Magna Cum Laude in Economics and Spanish from Duke University and her MBA from Harvard University. Erin's publications include two books, Lessons From the Trenches: A Woman's Guide to Winning the Corporate Game and If I Knew Then What I Know Now: Secrets to Success from Top Women Leaders. She speaks to audiences across the country about men, women and leadership.
Debra G. Hutton, Ph.D.
Debra G. Hutton, Ph.D., a licensed clinical psychologist, is a leading expert on the challenges of workplace health. She brings over 25 years' experience as a therapist, executive coach, and consultant to the challenges of organizational dynamics. Working with companies and individuals to help them create promote and manage interpersonal relationships for optimal performance; her primary focus is on effectively maximizing employee potential in the workplace through self-awareness, diagnosing and treating toxic workplace interactions and environments, alleviating burnout and improving work-life balance. Her recent interest is in the application of chaos theory to the business arena; highlighting individual differences and their affect on teams within organizations. She helps companies and their leaders understand the benefits and challenges of diversity.
Dr. Hutton consults with clients in organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to not-for profits and academic institutions. She speaks to groups across the country on various topics relating to maximizing workplace performance including authentic leadership, effective communication and individual growth. She has worked with thousands of individuals in counseling and coaching capacities. She has also been a course instructor at Case Western Reserve University, and has published numerous articles in publications such as the Journal of Personality, Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, and the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, and has contributed a chapter on self-presentation theory in the book General Theories of Group Behavior.
Dr. Hutton holds a B.B.A. from Emory University with a concentration in finance and marketing as well as a doctorate in clinical psychology from Case Western Reserve University.
Elissa Fisher brings over 20 years of leadership experience in business development, strategic planning, executive- and board-level facilitation, process improvement, organizational change management, and leadership development solutions to SuiteTrack. Ms. Fisher has held senior executive positions in functional sales, marketing, and business operations in several management consulting and technology product companies and has worked with large and mid-market companies across a variety of industries in the United States and Latin America.
Previously, Ms. Fisher was Vice President of Corporate Sales and Marketing for The North Highland Company and also co-led their national network of Organizational Change Management consulting professionals. Prior to North Highland, Ms. Fisher was area vice president for Cambridge Associates where she grew and managed $67 million in revenue in the Eastern United States and led a team of regional sales directors and their respective staffs in the Northeast, New York, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast Regions. She was also responsible for the creation and national management of the Cambridge telesales organization.
Throughout her career, Ms. Fisher has built and implemented a number of professional development programs and is committed to the growth of high-performing women leaders in the workforce. She is a certified executive coach in the Birkman Method®. She also holds a certification in ProSci® Organizational Change Management Methodology and is a certified ProSci trainer. Ms. Fisher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from The University of Maryland.
Marie Hamilton has over twenty years of corporate management leadership experience including business change across various industries and business operations to SuiteTrack. She has led teams deploying enterprise-wide business and technology transformation programs for financial services organizations domestically and internationally. Ms. Hamilton leverages a combination of executive leadership, industry knowledge, strategic management and technical consulting knowledge to successfully and consistently achieve quantifiable results for clients.
During her career, Ms. Hamilton has held key executive positions in internationally recognized firms such as Fair Isaac Corporation, American Management Systems, Macy’s Credit Services and Experian Credit Services. She has provided senior executive coaching in all areas of management, specifically focusing on corporate strategic consulting, management team building, career development mentoring and leading diversity initiatives.
Prior to joining SuiteTrack, Ms. Hamilton was the Chief Learning Officer for Fair Isaac Corporation responsible for deploying a centralized organizational learning strategy overseeing all aspects of client, workforce and partner education.
Ms. Hamilton received a BA with a concentration in quantitative methods and a Masters Certification in Organizational Development and Change Management, both from Georgetown University
Cynthia Rogers, a seasoned marketing and operating executive, has partnered with top companies in diverse industries to develop strategy and implement solutions. She has built digital enterprises and bridged businesses to the digital arena while driving innovation. Ms. Rogers has also grown, monetized, branded and managed businesses across the U.S., Europe and Asia.
Previously, Ms. Rogers was president of Darwin Digital, Saatchi & Saatchi’s interactive division where she doubled revenues in her first six months on the job. She also led the early stage expansion, as President and Chief Operating Officer, of eMarketplaces, a venture-funded e-commerce enterprise which built and managed $35MM+ B2B exchanges in partnership with premiere trade show brands in the real estate, construction and gift sectors.
Prior to eMarketplaces, Ms. Rogers was managing director of Avon Lifedesigns where created a women’s portal focused on career, leadership and financial, physical and emotional wellness. Here, she increased revenues to $10MM+ through content, products, social media and events. She also managed 35% organizational growth and launched pioneering digital communications and data management technologies for a $150MM global virtual corporation, The Worldcom Group, as its first managing director.
Active in her community, Cynthia has served on the boards of The Salvadori Center, ART/OMI, and as a member of multiple marketing and technology organizations. Ms. Rogers received her BA from the University of Tennessee.
